At Serance Gems, we take great care in securely packaging and delivering your gemstones and jewellery. All orders are shipped using tracked and insured delivery services within Australia and internationally, ensuring your purchase arrives safely and securely.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (domestic orders)

  • International destinations (including Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and selected other regions)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Australian Shipping

Domestic Orders

  • All Australian orders are shipped via secure, tracked, and insured courier services

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location

Shipping Costs (Australia)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch

  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value items

3. International Shipping

International Orders

  • International orders are shipped using reputable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Australia Post International

  • All international shipments include tracking and insurance

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Asia: 3–7 business days

  • USA / Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe / UK: 5–10 business days

  • Other regions: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local courier delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country

  • Serance Gems does not control or estimate these charges

  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order

Goods exported from Australia are generally shipped GST-free, subject to Australian tax regulations.

5. Packaging & Insurance

  • All gemstones and jewellery are carefully and discreetly packaged

  • High-value items are shipped fully insured for their declared value

  • Packaging does not indicate the nature or value of the contents

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number to monitor your delivery

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will assist by liaising with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Serance Gems is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

9. Local Pickup (By Arrangement Only)

Local pickup within Australia may be available by prior arrangement.
Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to discuss this option.
